ECC清关是英文“Emigration Clearance Certificate”的缩写，中文就是“移民清关证书”，

这份文件适用于即将离境的外籍人士，证明他们在菲律宾国内没有不良记录。

ECC is an abbreviation of Emigration Clearance Certificate, which is a document 

given to departing foreign nationals to prove that they have no bad record in the Philippines.

*** ECC分为两种类型，ECC-A（也称为常规ECC）和ECC-B。

ECC is divided into two types, ECC-A (also known as conventional ECC) and ECC-B.

ECC-A指：游客在菲律宾逗留超过满六个月或以上，须出境人士。

ECC-A refers to a person who is required to leave the Philippines for a stay of more than six months.

ECC-B指：菲律宾所有工作签证持有人，离职公司、降签与取消原有工作签后，须出境人士。

ECC-B refers to all work visa holders in the Philippines who are required to leave the country after 

leaving the company, reducing the visa or cancelling the original work visa.

ECC-A的申请人须于离开菲律宾前至少7工作日办理。 通常情况下,ECC-A办好后可在一个月内出境。

Applicants for ECC-A must apply at least 3 working days before leaving the Philippines. Under normal 

circumstances, after ECC-A is completed, you can leave the country within one month.

ECC-B的申请人须于离开菲律宾前至少7工作日办理。通常情况下,ECC-B办好后可在一个月内出境。

Applicants for ECC-B must apply at least 7 working days before leaving the Philippines. Under normal

 circumstances, the ECC-B can leave the country within one month after it is completed.
