特别投资者居留签证（SIRV）是移民局通过投资局（BOI）根据1987年综合投资法条例签发的一种签证。

特别投资居留签证是一种特殊的非移民签证，只要SIRV规定的资格条件和投资还存在，持有者就可以不限期居住在菲律宾。

The Special Investor Residence Visa (SIRV) is a visa issued by the Immigration Department through 

the Board of Investments (BOI) under the Regulations of the Comprehensive Investment Act 1987. A 

Special Investment Residencevisa is a special non-immigrant visa that allows the holder to live in 

the Philippines for an indefinite period as long as the eligibility requirements and investments 

specified by SIRV remain in place.

所需资料 Requirments:

年龄至少21岁；

At least 21 years old;

向菲律宾汇出至少75,000美元，并将标的资本投资于有利的经济活动；

Remit at least US $75,000 to the Philippines and invest the underlying capital in beneficial economic activities;

申请人尚未因涉及道德败坏的罪行而被定罪；

The applicant has not been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude;

申请人尚未被诊断为危险或传染性疾病； 

The applicant has not been diagnosed with a dangerous or infectious disease;

申请人尚未因任何精神障碍或残疾而入院；

The applicant has not been admitted to hospital for any mental disorder or disability;

此外，SIRV申请人的配偶和21岁以下的未婚子女可以被视为合格的受抚养人，因此也可以申请特殊签证。

In addition, spouses and unmarried children under the age of 21 of SIRV applicants can be considered eligible 

dependents and therefore can also apply for special visas.
